STEP 1: Standard Design Selection
Choose the design you love the most. (pillows, rugs, totes)
STEP 2: Size Selection
Find a the size and shape that best suits your room. Whether you need a narrow runner, a rounded or an oversize area rug. A small, medium or large pillow (16", 20" or 24") square or rectangular; Jessie D'Angelo Studio has the looms to create it.
STEP 3: Texture Selection
You can choose from any of our hand-loomed in merino wool or cotton (pillows); hand-loomed in llama wool or cotton.(rugs) Hand-tufted pile, in alpaca/wool or virgin wool textures. (rugs)
STEP 4: Color Selection (click here to view color swatches in pdf file)
You may interchange any colors in any of our standard designs from our vast array of alpaca, llama, merino or cotton dyes, without any up charges. If you would like us to develop a custom color or dye-to-match a specific color, please provide us with a fabric cutting or paint chip from which to work. Custom color development requires a strike-off for hand-tufted rugs only. (Add 3-4 weeks)
STEP 5: Drawings
Drawings are included with your rug and/or pillow order. Jessie recommends sketch for all custom designs as well as for standard designs where colors or motifs are altered. For drawings usually adds 1-2 weeks to your lead time.
STEP 6: Production and Lead Time
All of our handmade rugs or pillows have a standard lead time of 6-12 weeks from approval of drawings. We always do our best to expedite the shipment of rugs or pillows when it is requested in order to meet project deadlines and installation dates.
